Wolf Guard

Wolf Guard is a platform I’m developing for the people looking after computers, services and the information they hold. It brings together device health, security investigations, backup and recovery.

My work connects the information behind these activities with the screens and workflows people use to manage them.

In development

Understand what needs attention

A security finding is more useful when someone can understand why it matters. The platform brings together the affected software, the problem and its importance to the service being protected.

Connect the next step

Wolf Agent connects this view to individual computers and servers. Its device information, backup work and remote support help turn an investigation into practical action.

Follow an investigation

I’ve worked on bringing related security events into a shared case, with the evidence, notes and tasks kept together so the person investigating can follow what happened.

Protect information and find it again

The backup work covers files and information held in online services. It includes choosing what to protect, setting schedules and browsing saved versions when something needs to be recovered.

Keep recovery in view

My background in backup shapes this project: protecting information includes checking it and understanding how to recover it. I’ve built that concern into the way the platform presents backup health.

Bringing the work together

I’m working towards a closer connection between security decisions and recovery options, helping a team consider both the urgency of a change and how it would recover if something went wrong.
